Why We Built This Site
South Carolina gives the public broad access to many court records. The hard part is figuring out which Spartanburg County office holds the file. The Clerk of Court supports Common Pleas, General Sessions, and Family Court records. Probate Court handles estates, wills, guardianships, conservatorships, commitments, marriage licenses, and certified marriage copies. Magistrate Court and Municipal Court handle many lower-level traffic, misdemeanor, warrant, and bond matters. The Sheriff manages jail and law-enforcement records. State agencies add Family Court portal access, SCDC inmate records, SCDMV driver records, and DPH vital-record reports.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
