Spartanburg County Circuit Court Structure

Federal Court Is Separate
Spartanburg County federal cases are in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, not the South Carolina Circuit Court. The federal division material identifies Division 7 as Spartanburg, covering Cherokee, Spartanburg, and Union counties. The Donald S. Spartanburg County Circuit Appeals
